Service

Eloquent provides live voice English coaching and transcript-grounded debriefs. We may change, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. The service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI feedback, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Not professional advice

Coaching, transcripts, and post-mortems are for language practice only. They are not legal, medical, financial, or HR advice. Do not rely on them for high-stakes decisions.

Your account

• You must be old enough to consent to online services in your country.
• Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts or circumvent usage limits.
• Email verification is required before coach features unlock.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or submit unlawful content through the coach.
• Probe, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or APIs.
• Automate sessions, resell access, or abuse welcome or paid minutes.
• Attempt to bypass App Check, quotas, or security controls.

Minutes and Live access

Eloquent sells prepaid Live minutes. There is no forever-free Live tier and no daily-renewing free Live. Eligible verified accounts receive a one-time welcome of 20 minutes that never expire. After that, Live requires a positive minute balance. Packs (tax-inclusive EUR, same list prices on web and Android): 60 min / €5.99, 180 / €15.99, 600 / €49.99. Purchased minutes never expire. Welcome credit wraps at zero; after a purchase, a started call may finish its Live socket and leave a small negative balance until you add minutes. History and past post-mortems remain readable. Deleting History does not refund minutes.

Web checkout is available where we can collect VAT (Spain / EU OSS) and, for manual packs, Mexico via Stripe Managed Payments. Elsewhere, buy minutes on Google Play. Optional web auto-reload is off by default. We may pause purchases or auto-reload to protect cost and quality.

Your content

You retain rights to what you say in sessions. You grant us a limited licence to store transcripts and generated feedback so we can show history, improve the product, and operate the service. Do not submit confidential employer data you are not allowed to share.

Third-party services

Eloquent uses Google Firebase and AI providers (for example Gemini). Your use is also subject to their terms where applicable. Microphone access requires your device or browser permission.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the service. You may stop using Eloquent at any time and request deletion per the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid).

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the "Last updated" date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
